Everything I've achieved in my life is mainly due to my attitude, which is why I consider it my greatest strength. I'm an optimistic person who is eager to face challenges, work in a team, and constantly learn. I firmly believe that nothing is impossible: if you have a dream or a goal, the path is to work with dedication and not give up until you reach it.
Internacional Experience
During the FIFA World Cup, I had an enriching international experience working at a five-star hotel in Qatar. In a busy Italian restaurant, the high demand and interaction with customers from all over the world motivated me to sharpen my English and collaborate effectively with multicultural colleagues, greatly strengthening my skills and professional adaptability. It was an incredible experience because it also allowed me to attend matches of my national team and witness them become World Champions live.
Swimming - The Origin of My Discipline
Swimming played a pivotal role in my personal development, instilling in me a strong sense of discipline and the perseverance needed to pursue my goals. While it is an individual sport, it also taught me the importance of teamwork, as every improvement in my performance contributed to my club’s success. Advancing through categories as a federated swimmer challenged me to push beyond my limits, shaping a resilient and achievement-driven mindset.
Podcast creation
Creating Focus Podcast was a self-initiated project that allowed me to learn how to manage a complete venture from the ground up. I interviewed entrepreneurs and business leaders about personal development and business, which helped me strengthen my communication, organization, and planning skills. I handled everything—from coordinating guests and preparing questions to editing episodes and promoting them on social media. It was a highly rewarding experience and a challenge I truly enjoyed.
