UX Case study - PedidosYa
About the project
The UX case study I conducted on PedidosYa focused on addressing the frustration users face when trying to place small orders but being required to meet a minimum purchase amount. Through research with real users, I identified this issue as a major friction point in the experience. As a solution, I proposed a feature that allows users to pay the difference to reach the minimum amount, with that balance remaining as credit for their next purchase. This improvement aims to provide greater flexibility, streamline the ordering process, and encourage user loyalty within the app.
